CRI 2.2 files have been prepared for UNIX and PC users, and stored in compressed form.
CRIv2.2 mechanism was exported in September 2023.

Once uncompressed, the archive contains three files.
- cri_2-2_kpp_complete.kpp
- Complete CRI 2.2 mechanism, including generic rates and inorganic reactions, in KPP format.
- cri_2-2_facsimile_complete.fac
- Complete CRI 2.2 mechanism, including generic rates and inorganic reactions, in FACSIMILE format.
- cri_2-2_fortran_complete.fac
- Complete CRI 2.2 mechanism, including generic rates and inorganic reactions, in Fortran format.
